By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using NetStreamers's distribution, publishing administration, Boost, analytics, or AI mastering services (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a label or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
NetStreamers offers digital distribution of audio releases to third-party digital service providers ("DSPs"); publishing administration, meaning registration and collection of mechanical and performance royalties; NetStreamers Boost, meaning playlist pitching and promotional support; analytics reporting; and AI-assisted audio mastering. You may use any combination of these services.
You retain all ownership rights to the sound recordings and compositions you upload. By submitting content, you grant NetStreamers a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, and deliver that content to DSPs and, where applicable, to third parties for the purposes of publishing administration and monetization, solely to provide the Service.
You may only upload content you own or are authorized to distribute. Cover songs require a mechanical license, which NetStreamers can help clear through its Cover Song Licensing feature. Content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates a DSP's content policies may be rejected or removed.
If you invite collaborators to a release and configure a revenue split, NetStreamers will route each collaborator's share according to the percentages you set. You are responsible for the accuracy of any split you configure. NetStreamers is not responsible for disputes between collaborators over the correct split percentage.
Boost eligibility and the marketing spend allocated to a given release are determined by NetStreamers based on release performance and available program capacity. Inclusion in Boost is not guaranteed and past results do not guarantee future performance.
AI mastering previews are provided free of charge. A mastering credit is consumed only when you download a finished master. Mastering credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
Annual plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. If you cancel or a plan lapses, existing releases remain live and continue collecting royalties, but new releases cannot be delivered until the account is renewed.
You may request removal of any release from any or all connected stores at any time at no cost. Removal timing varies by store and is outside NetStreamers's direct control.
You may not use the Service to distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the rights to release. You may not attempt to manipulate streaming counts, playlist placements, or royalty reporting through fraudulent means.
NetStreamers may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time; outstanding royalties owed to you will still be paid out according to the standard schedule.
The Service is provided "as is." NetStreamers does not guarantee acceptance by any DSP, specific streaming performance, or Boost placement outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetStreamers's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to NetStreamers in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@netstreamers.net.
